As we approach the most romantic holiday of the year, we are finding ourselves desperate to add Valentines touch into every makeup look we do. However as much as we would love it, not every day is a red lip pink eyeshadow day, so we thought we’d find some wearable romantic Glam looks you can give a go this Valentines season.
Barbie Makeup

We are seeing so many girls trying “Barbie makeup” which is, you guessed it, all about pink, specifically exaggerated pink blush. We love this look by stunning influencer Isabel Rose In which she shows us exactly how to achieve this super pink blush with a gorgeous doll eyed lash. She credits that one of her inspirations for creating this look is the real life Barbie, Sabrina Carpenter.

We’ve also spotted the gorgeous Bernicia Boateng sporting the same exaggerated blush look but with a dramatic slate coloured eyeshadow look that we are just obsessed with.
Soft Romantic Glam
For those of us that are down to try something a little bolder, whilst still wearable, we are obsessed with the monochrome movement. We are in love with this look on Rare beauty mogul Selena Gomez. Selena became the queen of blush after the unbelievable success of her cream blushes, which shes paired with pink eyeshadow and a bold red lip. Another amazing example if your wanting something more subtle is this soft Ballerina like look on Cindy Kimberly and her pink blush and pink iridescent highlight combo.

We’ve also seen this look sported by the gorgeous beauty influencer Schae Breezy on Instagram, who went for a stunning soft romantic glam with a monochromatic brown eye and lip which she posted on Instagram breaking down exactly what products she used to achieve the look.

Frosted Glam
Exploring a few looks on the softer side, due to the current popularity of the 90’s and Y2K makeup trends, we’ve seen a huge influx of frosted glam looks. The icy glitters and shimmers are the perfect subtle Valentine’s glam looks, highlighting the eyes and lips in a sultry but feminine way. We’ve seen this look sported by some of our ever influential IT girls like Hailey Bieber and Lily Rose Depp and Cindy Kimberley, as well as some of our favourite beauty influencers.

Hailey is taking more of a bronzy spin on the trend in the first image fitting with her “Glazed Donut” phenomenon, and a stunning iridescent pink in the second, the perfect way to subtly bring a bit of pink into your makeup for Valentine’s without it being overbearing. Both Lily and Cindy have taken a more “Icy” approach to the trend with the white shimmer eyeshadow and matte nude lips.

One Influencer take on this we are loving is the stunning Danielle Marcan who did an amazing tutorial using all Pat McGrath products, which after the success of her makeup at the Margiela show, we are all after. She paired a stunning pink frosted eye with a glossy nude lip and we are well and truly hooked.
